Brit'ne D'nae Pickett, 33, of Triangle, Virginia went to be with the Lord unexpectedly on May 27, 2020 at home with her loving husband and children.

Brit'ne is survived by her husband LoRell, her children Kayden and Destini, her grandparents Joan Crawford and Ollie Sangster, her parents Tracy (Carmen) Boswell, Ronald (Gracie) Taylor, Lavonne Pickett, and Paul (Angelique) Pickett, brothers D'Ron, Gabe, Darien, Angel and Marquis, sisters Tanita, Krystal, Varshae, Kyra, Rena, Ryan Grace, Makayla, and Makenzie, her uncle Derek (Paulette) Sangster and sister-cousin Amber (Lamont) Sangster-Enyard, her godmother Sharon Webb, godchildren Amayah and Jojo, and many aunts, uncles, nieces, cousins and friends by whom she will be eternally missed. She is predeceased by her sister, Jacquesha Harvey.
Brit'ne was born in Norfolk, Virginia on June 18, 1986 to Tracy Boswell and Ronald Taylor. She married her high school sweetheart, LoRell, on December 28, 2007 and together they welcomed their two beautiful children, Kayden and Destini, who were the most important part of her life. Brit'ne was a current student at Northern Virginia Community College pursuing her degree in nursing and had worked side-by-side with her mother, Tracy, at Sensational Styles.
Brit'ne was a beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend to so many. Her sweet spirit and unwavering love for all God's creatures is unmatched. Everyone who was blessed to have met Brit'ne felt her love and pure heart. Strangers quickly became friends, friends became family, and family was her everything. Brit'ne was a spiritual woman, involved with her church, New Life Anointed Ministries. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her.
Home going services are scheduled to be held at the Midland Cemetery at 5525 Catlett Rd, Midland, Virginia. Understanding that COVID-19 has created circumstances right now that warrant extra precautions, the family has arranged for live streaming of Brit'ne's services so that family and friends can participate from anywhere. Visitation will take place from 3:30p to 4:30p followed by a celebration of life at 4:30p. Flowers and condolences may be offered at Ames Funeral Home c/o Brit'ne Pickett by 4:00p Friday, June 5th at 8914 Quarry Rd, Manassas, VA 20110.
