Condolence & Memory Journal

Brit'ne was my beautician daughter. She was like family. A beautiful angel gone too soon. In the 18 years that I have known her she was always such a very caring young lady. I always looked forward to her washing my hair at the salon. She would always greet me with such a pleasant smile and warm spirit. My heart is so heavy and broken from her passing. It just doesn't seem true. Lord Jesus! I miss her! My prayers and condolences are with Tracy (my beautician mother) and family. God is still a comforter!

Sweet, sweet, sweet Brit'ne. I have known Brit since we were kids ... Ms. Tracy and Brit seemed to be at whatever hair salon I went to! Lol Brit'ne always greeted you with a smile and that's what I will remember about her the most. When I heard of her passing, I was completely shocked and my heart instant became heavy and ached for her family. Even in the midst of sadness and grief, I was reminded that Brit'ne is at peace and safe. I am praying so, so, so hard for you - Ms. Tracy, LoRell, and her children! Know that God loves you, He's still present, and you have an army of family and friends holding you up! Please, please let us know if there is anything you need.

I didn't know Brit'ne, but I know Gracie and Ron. I am sure she was a wonderful person because of the wonderful Dad and Step-mom she had. I have also heard Gracie speak highly of her mother too. My heart is full. Not in a million years did I think I would never see Britne again when I moved from Northern Virginia 4 years ago.I just took for granted that I would see her eventually during one of my impromptu visits. Now that cannot happen and I am filled with sorrow and regret that now I've lost that opportunity. She will be forever be in my heart. I love that young lady like my own. Although I hadn't seen Brit'ne in years, I was immediately struck with grief when I saw the sparkle in her eyes and that infectious smile reflected in the picture here. I remember her sweet, yet powerfully determined spirit.
