On Good Friday April 10, 2020, Ms. Yolanda C. Pino, loving mother and grandmother, passed away peacefully at the age of 85.

Yolanda, known as "Mama Pino" to her friends and family, was a devout catholic and member of the St. Joseph Patron Roman Catholic Church in Brooklyn, NY. Serving over the past five decades in the Cursillos in Christianity Movement, Jornadas de Vida Cristiana Movement, Movimiento de Juan XXIII, Sagrado Corazon de Jesus Group; Choir group and as a Eucharistic Minister. Yolanda's strong faith in Jesus Christ carried her throughout her journey. Her prayer is that you will celebrate her life knowing that she loved each and every one of you with the love of the Lord.

Yolanda was a former nurse in Ecuador, she worked as Home Health Attendant until her retirement, her passion was helping others.

Yolanda Pino is survived by her son Francisco Avila, her daughter-in-law Sylvia, and her beloved granddaughter Ashley. She will be remembered by her extended family in Ecuador, Puerto Rico, and throughout the United States, as well as all her friends.

To celebrate Yolanda Pino's life, a virtual memorial will be scheduled at a later date. Her family looks forward to the day they can remember and celebrate Mama Pino's life with you. In the meantime, they welcome your prayers and feel the continued support of the Catholic community she loved.
