Mrs. Jones was a family friend for as long as I can remember. She was a close friend to my mother, Edna Gardner and one of my favorite ladies to visit whenever I returned home. I will always remember her gentle, quiet spirit and her words of wisdom and truth. Our temporary loss is heaven's eternal gain until we meet again. Ms. Linda and Mr. Perkins, may you find God's strength during this time and know that she lives on in each of you. Prayers and Blessings.

To the family of Mrs. Alma Taylor Jones,
She was a graceful and beautiful soul. I found a birthday and a Christmas letter from her and I instantly started to smile. She will always hold a special place in my heart. May God comfort you as only He can.

Dear Linda, just wanted you to know I still have wonderful memories of your mother and the house on Wheeler st. Your mother always made me feel welcomed. Thank you for sharing her with so many others. She was more than a school teacher to me, she was the " village auntie" to me.

Our Deepest Sympathy to the Family of Mrs Jones..she was such an elegant lady and a "wonderful teacher". Whenever she seen my husband Willie she would always say how much she loved him because they had similar noses and they would laugh about it. She will truly be missed...

Ms. Alma will truly be missed. We would sing hymns with her on Tuesdays and she would joyfully sing along. She was beautiful inside and out (outer beauty and filled with the Spirit of God.) I'm thankful that God allowed us to meet, although it was for a short time. Rest in peace, Precious One. My condolences to the family.

Miss Alma was a sweetheart when our Methodist group sang at Tribute on Tuesdays. She was treated with respect and care by the staff. May that bring your family a small measure of comfort. My condolences.
